Sam Mitchell (LCMHCA) is a queer and neurodiverse counselor who provides affirming and supportive care for adults seeking growth and healing. He specializes in working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized communities, offering a safe space for exploring identity, processing life challenges, and fostering self-acceptance.

Sam helps clients address anxiety, depression, stress, trauma recovery, and the deeper work of self-exploration and self-actualization. His integrative approach draws from Existential therapy, Trauma-Informed Phase-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt, and Relational-Cultural Therapy, weaving together methods that support each person’s unique needs.

Guided by a queer-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming perspective, Sam empowers clients to find clarity, resilience, and meaning in their lives.
