I work with adults 18 and older in North Carolina via telehealth. I especially welcome neurodiverse, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as people in other marginalized communities.

I support anxiety, depression, stress, trauma recovery, identity development, self-exploration, and self-actualization.

I use an integrative approach informed by Existential Therapy, Trauma-Informed Phase-Based Therapy, ACT, Gestalt, and Relational-Cultural Therapy. Care is collaborative, queer-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming.

Yes. I can provide letters related to gender-affirming care when appropriate and offer referrals to diagnostic services.

Sessions are one hour. Weekly is typical at the start, then we adjust together based on your needs.

Homework or between-session practices are optional and based on your comfort. It can be helpful, but is never mandatory.

We focus on collaborative conversation about goals and changes you notice. If you prefer, we can use tools like the PHQ-9 or GAD-7.

Sessions are $100. Sliding scale options are available based on need and discussed during your free 15-minute consultation. A card is kept on file and charged prior to session.

I do not accept insurance. If you have questions about out-of-network benefits, you can check with your plan directly.

Because your hour is reserved for you, a $50 fee applies for no-shows or late cancellations. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we will reschedule. Serious illness or emergencies are absolutely considered.

Your privacy matters. I will not share your information unless you give written permission, except in cases of safety concerns or legal obligations.

Recording sessions from either side is not allowed without written consent. This policy protects your privacy and the therapeutic relationship.

Yes. All sessions are telehealth for clients located anywhere in North Carolina, using a secure, HIPAA-aligned platform. Captions, chat during session, and sensory-friendly flexibility are available.

Use online booking to request a free 15-minute consultation. We will decide together if we are a good fit before scheduling ongoing sessions.

If you are in crisis or need immediate help, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. My practice is not a crisis service.

Records are retained for three years from your first appointment and then securely destroyed if no new appointments are set for a year.

Therapy can end when your goals are met, if we agree a different provider is a better fit, if sessions stop for a period, or if unpaid balances accumulate. We will coordinate referrals as needed.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining expected costs of non-emergency care. I will provide one upon request and at intake.
